From time to time an issue occurs that arises where a wicked problem is annoying or too hard to deal with. At one level it is simple but at another level it is going to take a lot of time to sort out. Alternatively the ATO might have slammed the door in your face, but you know that they are wrong.
Sometimes it is almost impossible to navigate the ATO “system”, procedures and people to obtain the correct outcome for a client.
